Mechanical Engineering tutorials videosMr. Chanayil Cleetus Anil a mechanic from Ernakulam, Kerala who is running a byke workshop in a 6*5 meter garage has accomplished this achievement of patenting the “SIX STROKE ENGINE”. Son of Late Mr. C X Cleetus (Gov. Employee) and Ms. P V Mariyam (Rtd. Teacher) with a qualification of six month certification in Basic Automobile Engineering after per-degree has made this astonishing achievement at the age of 33.

With thousands of students with M.Tech, B.Tech in Engineering is wandering without a job, this man with his dedication and hard work has achieved this. He was working in several automobile dealerships with the dream to developing his own engine. Finally he quit his job and put a 6*5 meter workshop in front of his house and followed his dream.

As Mr.Dhirubhai Ambani has truly said “if you don’t follow your dream, someone else will hire you to fulfill his ”. This young man was determined to follow his dream who was motivated by his mother Ms. P V Mariyam a retired school teacher. As per Mr. Anil he had this thread of idea to creating a six stroke engine from the year 1997. His experience as a mechanics in various automobile dealerships helps him to learn more about its possibilities. In 2007 he succeeded in creating an engine which can fire in six stroke. He was awarded the patent by “The patent office Indian” under the “74 patent rule” by the authority “Intellectual Property India” for patent/ design/ trademarks/ geographical indications under patent no: 252642 and application no: 371/CHE/2005 under the name “CHANAYIL CLEETUS ANIL”
